Partnership Terms

How It Works

Party Dresses Australia is a curated affiliate marketplace connecting Australian shoppers with the best party dress brands. When a customer clicks through from our site to yours and completes a purchase, you pay us a commission. There are no upfront fees, no monthly costs, and no lock-in contracts.

Commission Structure

Our commission rate is 20% of the sale value across all product categories. Commission is calculated on the net sale amount (excluding GST and shipping).

Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked using a combination of methods, which may include unique affiliate tracking links, coupon codes, and tracking pixels. We are also in the process of partnering with an established affiliate network to provide automated tracking and reporting.

The specific tracking method for each partner will be confirmed during onboarding. Once tracking is in place, partners will receive regular reporting on clicks, conversions and commissions earned.

Payment Terms

Commissions are paid monthly in arrears. The payment cycle closes on the last day of each calendar month, with payments processed within 15 business days.

• No minimum payout threshold — all commissions earned in a cycle are paid, regardless of amount
• Payment method: Direct bank transfer (EFT) to Australian bank accounts
• All amounts in AUD inclusive of GST where applicable
• Tax invoices generated automatically each payment cycle

What We Ask of Partners

• Keep your product feed and pricing current — outdated listings reflect poorly on both of us
• Maintain a minimum product range of 10 styles listed on our platform
• Provide high-quality product photography (minimum 800×1000px, white or neutral background preferred)
• Honour pricing displayed on our site — no significant price discrepancies between your site and ours
• Respond to customer enquiries forwarded by Party Dresses Australia within 2 business days
• Notify us of major sales, stock outages or brand changes with reasonable notice

Term & Termination

Partnerships operate on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in period. Either party may terminate the partnership with 14 days written notice via email to hello@partydresses.com.au. Commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in full at the next scheduled payment date.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Partnership Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our practices, or legal requirements. For new partners, the terms in effect at the time you join will apply. For existing partners, we will provide reasonable written notice of any material changes (such as changes to commission rates or payment terms), and you may choose to end the partnership before the change takes effect if you do not agree to it. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
