Buyer & Returns Policy

How buying works on X Party Dresses, and what happens if something isn’t right.

You’re buying from an individual seller

Every item is a pre-loved piece sold by an individual seller, not by X Party Dresses. We provide the platform and process the payment, and the seller provides, packs and posts the item. Please read the full listing, condition, size and any flaws are described by the seller.

Paying

You pay through PayPal, which means your purchase is covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. You pay the listed price plus any postage shown in the listing. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the listing.

Shipping

The seller arranges postage. Delivery times and costs are set by the seller and shown on the listing. Many sellers post internationally; check the listing for details. For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a seller doesn’t ship

Sellers agree to post items promptly. If your item hasn’t shipped within a reasonable time and the seller hasn’t responded, contact us at xpd@partydresses.com.au and we will help arrange a refund.

Returns & refunds

Because items are pre-loved and sold by individuals, sales are generally final. However:

• If an item doesn’t arrive, or arrives significantly not as described (for example, undisclosed damage or the wrong item), contact us at xpd@partydresses.com.au within 3 days of delivery. We’ll help mediate with the seller.
• You may also raise a claim directly through PayPal Buyer Protection.
• Where a return or refund is agreed or required, it is processed via PayPal. Return postage arrangements are between you and the seller unless we advise otherwise.
• Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country (for example, the Australian Consumer Law, or consumer protections in the EU, UK or elsewhere).

Reporting a problem listing

If you see a listing that looks counterfeit, stolen, or misleading, please report it to xpd@partydresses.com.au and we’ll review it.
