Cookie Policy
Effective 24 August 2026
Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites work and understand how they’re used.
Cookies we use
- Essential — needed for the site to function, such as keeping you logged in and remembering your session. These are set automatically and can’t be switched off, as the site won’t work properly without them.
- Analytics — help us understand which dresses and pages are popular, so we can improve the site. We use Google Analytics for this.
- Marketing — only set if you’ve consented; used to make any promotions more relevant. This may include the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Pinterest Tag.
- Functional — set by third parties we rely on to run the site, such as PayPal (for secure payments) and MailerLite (if you subscribe to updates).
How long cookies last
Some cookies are “session” cookies and are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Others are “persistent” and stay on your device for a set period, generally ranging from 30 days up to 2 years, depending on their purpose, before expiring automatically.
Managing cookies
If you’re in the EU or UK, non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) are only set after you give consent via the cookie banner on our site — they are off by default until you opt in. Wherever you are, you can change your preference at any time through the banner, and you can also clear or block cookies directly in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains more about how we handle your personal information.
